I. Refunds (Read THREE Times)
We want to give you the best services and offers as possible. But nobody can be perfect, and we're aware of that. That's why we entertain refunds, but with a few important instructions:
- Never file a Paypal dispute as a first option. Reason is this really slows down your refund request because our general support team doesn’t have access to our company Paypal account (for obvious security reasons). This means there is a tendency for days to pass before the owner of the Paypal account involved to see your refund request.
- If you start a dispute or claim before contacting us through our support helpdesk first, I'm afraid there’s a strong possibility for us to deny your refund claim. This is because disputes hurt our accounts, and may result to unnecessary freezing of account - therefore leaving us unable to move money “to and from” our accounts - which makes refunding a more elaborate and tedious process.
- Very important: We do not entertain serial refunders, we are watching you and you will be blacklisted from buying our product --- and your name/email shall be posted in the watch list of the “other vendors” that we are a member of.
- A “change of heart refund” (refunding just because you thought “oh well, I’ve just changed my mind about this purchase willy nilly), even without taking a good look /testing of the product you purchased is a bad habit which only stops you from reaching success. So please, do your due diligence as well when purchasing a product. We only release products that are designed to help you and your business be better.
- How to actually request for a refund the proper way: please send a ticket at http://nextlevelpreneur.com/helpdesk that includes the a) name of the product/s you bought b) transaction details / purchase receipt. Our staff will get back to you within 24-48 hours (subject to the time of the day and public holidays) and give you a status on your refund request.
II. For Membership Site Login and Access Problems

III. For Software / WP Plugin Issues
- Please send a ticket at email@example.com that includes the name of the product you purchased, and as much details as you can (send screenshots if possible). The technical / developer team will get back to you within 24-48 hours (subject to the time of the day and public holidays).
